Hai Au Maritime Services Joint Stock Company currently owns a fleet of 04 tugboats with capacities ranging from 1,200 HP to 3,200 HP, providing tugboat services in the Hai Phong port area.

We are currently recruiting seafarers for the following positions:

1. Master / Chief Officer (Class I, Class II)

2. Chief Engineer (Class I, Class II)

3. Second Engineer

4. Engine Officer

5. Engine Rating (AB Watchkeeping)

6. Able Seaman (AB Watchkeeping)

General Requirements:

– Candidates must possess certificates and qualifications that meet the professional competency standards stipulated by the STCW Convention.

– Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in equivalent positions.

– Salary is negotiable based on experience and competency.

– 13th-month salary and annual revenue bonus based on the Company’s business performance.

– Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
